When my fourth grade teacher, Mrs. Sellars, wherever she now may be, caught me daydreaming she’d stop her lecture and say in a very mission control-like voice, “Earth to Bobby, come in Bobby… Earth to Bobby… are you there..?” #

Sometimes, I’d snap to attention. #

I hadn’t intended on becoming a blogger. I’m not sure I still do. As I develop this, I’m still working on my blogging voice. I bought this domain a few years ago for the purpose of acquiring live server space to host as I install and play with various Web tools. A place to experiment. #

I’ve run this domain on various hosts, tooled around with several content management systems, made attempts at getting a geoserver to run — nothing’s ever lasted for long. Just as soon as I get something running, or figure the puzzle out, I’d wipe the Web space clean and start with something else. There’s just too many tools out there to play with, and I wanna use them all. #

So I’ll continue to experiment, daydream, and blog the things that interest me. Things around this blog may change. A lot. #
